Vandever Files for Re-Election

On Monday, March 13th, Jason Vandever filed all the necessary paperwork with the Voter Registrar’s Office and the Charlottesville Democratic Committee Chair to complete his filing of candidacy. Vandever is seeking re-election as City Treasurer, and the first step is to secure the Democratic Primary nomination on June 13th. “I’m excited to get this process underway and look forward to continuing to serve the residents of Charlottesville as City Treasurer,” says Vandever. To date, no challengers have filed to run in the upcoming primary election.
